At Westmill we do try to keep paperwork to a minimum but if you are arranging a burial with us there is a little information we ask you to provide so that we can fully support you.  If you are using a funeral director they can also help you with these forms

For every burial at Westmill we require:

The other form we require by law is the Certificate of Burial or Cremation ‘The green form’.  This will be given to you by the Registrar when you register the death. In cases where a post mortem or inquest is needed, a Coroner’s Order of Burial will be issued in its place. The Coroner will be happy to advise you about this process.

If you are arranging a funeral for a close friend or member of your family and you wish to reserve an adjacent plot, you will need to complete a reservation form obtainable from the office.

Sadly we are unable to offer reservations to the wider public.
